What we collect

  • Email address. When you join the waitlist or send us a message.
  • Name. If you provide one with the waitlist or contact form.
  • Track preference. Which audience track you select (founders, advisors, etc.).
  • Standard server logs. IP address, user agent, request path, response time. Retained for 30 days for security and operational monitoring.

Why we collect it

  • To send the milestone emails you signed up for.
  • To respond to messages you send through the contact form.
  • To maintain the security of the website (server logs).

We do not sell your email address. We do not run advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the service (our email service provider, our hosting provider).

Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the milestone emails: explicit opt-in via the waitlist form.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logging and replying to inquiries.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist emails. Until you unsubscribe, or until the EU Inc. file is withdrawn or shelved indefinitely. In either case the list is deleted.
  • Contact-form submissions. 12 months from the date received, or longer if there's an active conversation.
  • Server logs. 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Where data lives

Hosting and form-submission storage: Netlify (United States, with EU data-processing addendum). Email delivery: [TBD ESP, EU-resident]. Both providers are bound by data-processing agreements that satisfy GDPR Article 28.

Updates

When this policy changes materially, we email everyone on the waitlist. Minor updates (typo fixes, link corrections) are tracked at the bottom of the page with a date.
