eu-inc.net is an independent commercial waitlist and (eventually) formation service for the proposed EU Inc. company form. We track the file at the European Commission, Parliament, and Council, and email subscribers when something real happens. When the regulation passes, we register, convert, consult, and manage. That's the whole business.
Who we are

Placeholders to be filled in before the public launch.
Why we built this
The EU Inc. proposal landed in March 2026 and was immediately the subject of a small wave of marketing pages from formation services that do not actually exist yet. We read the regulation. The marketing pages mostly didn't.
The waitlist is the response to that. One trusted source, sourced citations on every claim, no fake urgency, no "register now to lock in early-bird pricing" on a service that cannot legally operate yet. The page you're reading is the part of the site we don't have to update when the file moves; the homepage and timeline pages are.
How we make money
Nothing today. The waitlist is free and stays free. When the regulation is adopted and registration opens, we charge for the formation service (registration, conversion, advice, ongoing management). Service fees publish when the regulation text is final.
We are not running ads on this site. We are not selling subscriber email addresses. The only purpose of the email list is the milestone-emails commitment. If the EU Inc. proposal is withdrawn or stalls indefinitely, we send one final email and delete the list.
What we don't do
- We do not lobby for or against the EU Inc. proposal. We track it.
- We are not a law firm. The milestone emails and explainer pages are research, not legal advice. Decisions on company structure should involve a qualified advisor in your jurisdiction.
- We do not sell the formation service today, because it does not exist today. EU Inc. is not yet law.
- We are not affiliated with the European Commission, Parliament, Council, or the eu-inc.org advocacy movement. We use public documents from those institutions and cite them; that's the extent of the relationship.
