eu-inc.net uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and one anonymous analytics measurement. We do not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts. This page lists every cookie we set and why.

What we set

Strictly necessary

  • Form anti-spam token. A short-lived cookie set when you submit the waitlist form, used by our hosting provider's spam filter. Expires after 24 hours.
  • Session cookie. Standard server-side session for the contact form. Expires when you close the tab.

Analytics (optional)

We may run a privacy-focused analytics solution that does not set persistent identifiers and does not require a cookie banner under EU rules (because it does not use cookies for tracking). The current intention is to use [TBD: Plausible / Fathom / similar]. If we add anything that does set tracking cookies, this page updates and we'll show a banner.

What we don't set

  • No advertising cookies.
  • No social-media tracking pixels.
  • No fingerprinting.
  • No third-party trackers.

How to manage cookies

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the contact form may stop working (the spam filter relies on the anti-spam token). Reading the site does not require any cookies.

Updates

When we change what cookies we set, this page updates. Material changes (adding analytics, adding any new third-party script) trigger a banner on next visit.
